Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform.
Registration
A valid email address and accurate company information are required for registration.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Demo Access
Demo environment access is provided for testing and evaluation purposes only. Data in demo environments may be reset periodically.
3. Data Integration and API Usage
API and EDI integrations are subject to our technical specifications and usage policies.

- You are responsible for the accuracy of all submitted data
- API access is subject to rate limiting and fair usage policies
- Integration credentials must be kept secure and not shared
- Unauthorized use may result in immediate suspension of access
4. Service Availability and Updates
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance
- Platform features may be updated or modified to improve service
- Service alerts will be sent via email or platform notifications
- Emergency maintenance may be performed without prior notice
5. Subscription and Payment Terms
Note: All subscription terms, renewals, cancellations, and payment terms are governed by the Master Service Agreement (MSA) executed between your organization and Transport Analytics, LLC.
- Pricing changes will be communicated as specified in your MSA
- Refund policies and procedures are subject to MSA terms
- Billing cycles and payment methods are established in the MSA
- Late payments may result in service suspension

Platform Ownership
The SupplySense 360 platform, including all features, functionalities, algorithms, and associated intellectual property rights, are owned exclusively by Transport Analytics, LLC and its subsidiaries.
Your Data
You retain full ownership of all data you submit to the platform. We are granted a limited license to use this data solely for providing our services.
Usage License
Subject to these terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform. Unauthorized reproduction of platform content is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for shipping delays or third-party service issues
- Liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the preceding 12 months
- Force majeure conditions apply to service interruptions
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
9. Term and Termination
- Term and termination conditions are governed by your MSA
- Account deletion from demo environment requires a written request
- Data handling and export procedures follow MSA specifications
- Upon termination, your access will be revoked and data handled per MSA
- Certain provisions (including liability limitations) survive termination
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform will be resolved through binding arbitration as specified in our Dispute Resolution Policy, unless otherwise agreed in your MSA.
