Get up and running with SupplySense 360 in minutes.
This guide will help you get started with SupplySense 360 in just a few minutes.
Step 1: Access Your Dashboard
After signing in, you'll land on your main dashboard. Here you can see:
- Active shipments overview
- Recent exception alerts
- Key performance metrics
- Quick action buttons
Step 2: Track Your First Shipment
- Click "Track Shipment" in the navigation
- Enter your tracking number (container, B/L, HAWB, etc.)
- View real-time status and location updates
Step 3: Create a Freight Quote
- Navigate to "Quotes" from the sidebar
- Select your transport mode (Ocean, Air, Road, Parcel)
- Enter origin, destination, and cargo details
- Compare rates from multiple carriers instantly
Step 4: Set Up Alerts
Configure exception alerts to stay informed:
- Go to Settings > Notifications
- Choose alert types (delays, customs holds, etc.)
- Select notification channels (email, SMS, webhook)
