Get up and running with SupplySense 360 in minutes.

This guide will help you get started with SupplySense 360 in just a few minutes.

Step 1: Access Your Dashboard

After signing in, you'll land on your main dashboard. Here you can see:

  • Active shipments overview
  • Recent exception alerts
  • Key performance metrics
  • Quick action buttons

Step 2: Track Your First Shipment

  1. Click "Track Shipment" in the navigation
  2. Enter your tracking number (container, B/L, HAWB, etc.)
  3. View real-time status and location updates

Step 3: Create a Freight Quote

  1. Navigate to "Quotes" from the sidebar
  2. Select your transport mode (Ocean, Air, Road, Parcel)
  3. Enter origin, destination, and cargo details
  4. Compare rates from multiple carriers instantly

Step 4: Set Up Alerts

Configure exception alerts to stay informed:

  1. Go to Settings > Notifications
  2. Choose alert types (delays, customs holds, etc.)
  3. Select notification channels (email, SMS, webhook)
